12h agoNorwalk residents took to the streets Tuesday to enjoy the warm temperatures after a long winter with snowstorms.
"In the middle of summer, this is going to feel freezing," Juliette Prior says. "But right now, it feels like heaven."
Dozens of adults and children ordered ice cream at Mr. Frosty's.
