A washed-out road has reopened in Oxford nearly two years after deadly flooding.
Officials say a portion of Loughlin Road collapsed when 12 inches of rain fell in August 2024, swelling a nearby river.
The flooding killed three people in the town.

Across the area, more than two dozen roads and several bridges were destroyed by the storm.
Loughlin Road was the last of those roads to reopen.
