17h agoA fire broke out this morning at the Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, officials say.
Fire departments from Groton, New London and Mystic responded to the fire.
Multiple reports say the fire happened at two vacant homes, in an area of the base that hasn't been occupied for years, and it didn't interrupt any operations.
