Dozens of people have been displaced from their Stamford homes after heavy rain caused flooding in their apartment building.
Firefighters evacuated the building at 910 Hope St. after water started pouring in Monday night. The building's manager says workers have to fix the electrical system and clean up the water damage before any tenants can go back inside.
Several tenants told News 12 Connecticut the roof was leaking because it was in the midst of being repaired.
