Family and friends paid their final respects Saturday to a Bridgeport man who was murdered two weeks ago.
Hundreds attended the funeral of 38-year-old Duhaney Watson, known as "Kurt," at the Cathedral of Praise.
As News 12 reported, Watson was found shot on Charles Street on Sept. 27. He died on the way to the hospital. Police say the killer is still at large.
Watson was remembered as a hard-working man who put others first.
"He was kind. If you had a problem, he was the first person to be there," said Rupert Ranger, Watson's cousin.
Watson's family said he was buried at Park Cemetery.
