Gov. Dannel Malloy says 630 state plows will be patrolling the highways this weekend
Malloy says that both United Illuminated and Eversource Energy are working closely with the state in case there are power outages.
He says if Connecticut does not not get a direct hit from the storm, some snowplows and other crews will be sent down south to assist the harder hit regions.
