Greenwich school officials have confirmed the high school's band director is suspended.
Greenwich High headmaster Chris Winters emailed parents yesterday saying John Yoon was placed on administrative leave.
Winters did not say why citing privacy concerns.
Students and parents who are unhappy with the move created a Facebook page in support of Yoon.
