Jim Himes has won re-election in his 4th Congressional District race against Dan Debicella. Debicella conceded the race around 10:30 p.m. Himes was first elected to represent the district in 2008.

Himes was first elected to represent the district in 2008.
He said earlier Tuesday he was already looking past the election and thinking about the future.
The Congressional race between the incumbent Democrat Jim Himes and Republican challenger Dan DiBecella was a rematch of the 2010 election.
Himes won a fourth term representing the 4th district.
