All lanes of I-95 north through New Haven reopened Tuesday afternoon after a tractor-trailer accident closed parts of the highway for most of the day.
The crash happened around 3:15 a.m. between exits 44 and 46. Police say a truck carrying orange juice jackknifed, blocking all three lanes on the highway.
More than 12 hours later, the truck was still on its side on the exit ramp next to the highway.
Police say no one was seriously hurt.
