Injured man thanks Milford responders who saved him following moped crash

Leon O'Neal says first responders gave him CPR after he crashed his moped into a parked car, rendering him unconscious.

A man who says he crashed his moped after having a seizure gave a big shout-out Sunday to the Milford police and fire departments.
Leon O'Neal, 43, sent the message from his hospital room. He says first responders gave him CPR after he crashed his moped into a parked car, rendering him unconscious.
“I want to thank all the officers that were there and all the paramedics. Thank you and amen,” he said. “I love everybody."
O’Neal says he's doing much better and expects to leave the hospital as early as Sunday night.
