Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat in the Supreme Court was draped in black to mourn her loss.
Black wool crepe now adorns her chair at the Supreme Court and the bench in front of where she sat.
The fabric is also hanging above the courtroom doors.
The court says the tradition of draping fabric for justices who have died goes back to at least 1873.
