Six underage women face charges for allegedly attacking a karaoke songstress they didn't find too entertaining.
The incident occurred at Bobby Valentine's Sports Gallery Café in Stamford.
Police say the women began by heckling a 25-year-old woman who had taken the stage. One of the women then allegedly slapped her in the face and the rest piled on top.
The singer was taken to the hospital. She suffered a chipped tooth and a number of cuts and bruises.
Police are investigating if alcohol was a factor in the attack. The six girls have been released on bail and are due back in court Oct. 5.
