Tuesday brought light snowfall in many areas of southwestern Connecticut.
It only snowed for a few hours before the precipitation changed over to rain. Very little, if any, accumulation was seen on area roads.
Residents say they were not bothered by the weather.
Some schools let students out early because of the poor conditions early in the day. Classes are expected to return to normal Wednesday.
