Norwalk police have charged a man with secretly videotaping a co-worker while she used the bathroom.
Police say Randy Vega, 39, hid a cellphone in the restroom of a liquor store on North Main Street in October.
Officers say the woman discovered the phone, scrolled through it and saw at least one other incident from a previous day.
Police say Vega told officers he left the phone in the bathroom by accident.
