Officials: Bridgeport police officer facing internal investigation
15h agoPolice say a man was arrested after witnesses reported he recorded video of an unsuspecting young girl at Westfield Trumbull Mall.
Kenneth Soto, 55, of Bridgeport, was arrested Friday.
Police say a concerned citizen told investigators they saw Soto inappropriately record a young girl.
Soto is being detained in the hospital due to medical emergencies.
Police say he has an arrest history dating back to 1983.
