A Connecticut man is facing charges after police say he was driving drunk, with a gun, and a suspected "kill list" in his car in Putnam County.
Police say Nickolai Plastini, 31, of Danbury, was pulled over on Route 301, in the Town of Carmel, last month.
Officers say they found a notebook with names of people who had wronged him along with a .410 gauge shotgun with ammo.
Officers arrested Plastini and alerted everyone on the list. He has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated.
Plastini is scheduled to be back in court on April 23.
