Milford police say a Shelton man is under arrest for stealing from the city's transfer station.
Police say they arrested Robert Johannesen Friday for taking money and a piece of landscaping equipment from the facility on Oronoque Road in August.
Johannesen is charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
