An Easton man is free on bond after police say he was caught with drugs and a weapon during a traffic stop.
Redding police say they pulled over Christopher Kowalski, 18, shortly after midnight and smelled marijuana coming from his car.
Investigators say they found three bags filled with the drug as well as a knife in the car.
He has been charged with possession with the intent to sell and for carrying a weapon in a vehicle.
