Police say in August, officers responded to a 911 call on Eagle Avenue in Melrose.
That's where they discovered 4-month-old Ariel Gonzalez unresponsive and unconscious.
He was taken to Lincoln hospital where he died.
"It just makes me upset. Especially that it's a 4-month-old baby." said Elizabeth Delafuente, a neighbor.
Other neighbors tell News 12 the family kept to themselves and had not seen them in a few months. However, News 12 was told the family does still live in the home. Crews knocked on the door, but nobody answered.
