Dozens of memorial services and funerals have been planned this week for the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims.
The largest tribute is on Riverside Drive, which is right down the road from Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Riverside Drive had been closed since the shooting on Friday, but after it reopened yesterday, there was a steady stream of mourners visiting the memorial.
Hundreds of adults, children, emergency responders, family and friends of the victims stopped by to add flowers, candles, toys and hand-written notes.
There is also a line of Christmas trees, each with at least one victim's name on it.
Many of these visitors didn't know any of the victims, but felt they had to pay their respects.
