A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a man accused of stabbing another person to death in Norwalk.
Lamonte McCrae is charged with killing Vonterrell George outside a Chinese restaurant on Woodward Avenue in 2008.
A mistrial was declared when evidence that was not supposed to go to the jury was accidentally handed over during deliberations yesterday.
The judge ordered both sides back to court Monday to schedule a new trial.
