New Westport police chief sworn in

The Westport Police Department has a new chief and two deputy chiefs following a ceremony at Town Hall last night. First Selectman Jim Marpe swore in Deputy Chief Foti Koskinas as chief of the department.

The Westport Police Department has a new chief and two deputy chiefs following a ceremony at Town Hall last night.
First Selectman Jim Marpe swore in Deputy Chief Foti Koskinas as chief of the department.
Then, captains Samuel Arciola and Vincent Penna took their oaths as deputy chiefs. 
Koskinas joined the department in 2006 and succeeds former Chief Dale Call, who retired yesterday.
