News 12 The Bronx is providing some news you can use about walking between subway cars.
Though many may assume you can move anywhere on a subway car when it stops, the MTA's rules of conduct states that passengers are not allowed to walk between subway cars whether the train is moving or not.
The only exception is in the case of an emergency and an MTA authority figure tells you to.
Violators of this rule could be slapped with a $75 fine.
