North Korea's top diplomat says the country may test a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean following new sanctions imposed by President Donald Trump.
It’s a move the nation calls Kim Jong Un's “vow” to take the "highest-level" of action against the U.S.
The foreign minister also added he has no idea about what actions could be taken, as it will be ordered by Un.
Un responded to the sanctions, saying, "Whatever Trump might have expected, he will face results beyond his expectation. I will surely and definitely tame the mentally deranged U.S. with fire."
