If you're a Norwalk resident, you're in luck! The city has announced its Christmas tree collection schedule.
Here are the important dates to remember:
- If your recycling is picked up on Mondays and Tuesdays, your tree will be collected during the week of Jan. 6.
- If your recycling is picked up on Wednesdays, your tree will be collected during the week of Jan. 13.
- If your recycling is picked up on Thursdays and Fridays, your tree will be collected during the week of Jan. 22.
Important Rules to Remember:
- Place your tree curbside by 6 a.m. on the Monday of your collection week.
- Remove all holiday decorations, as they will not be recycled.
- Holiday wreaths will not be collected due to the metal wire inside
