6h agoThe Norwalk Business Development Center celebrated its grand opening today.
The center will become a new resource for local small business owners designed to streamline services.
The center is located on Belden Avenue in Norwalk right across from the Post Office.
The Norwalk Business Development Center is designed to be a one-stop shop for entrepreneurs and small business owners to assist them with a number of services all under one roof.
The services include financial education guidance, loan or grant application assistance, and technical support for local, state, and federal permitting and licensing.
Officials say the center was funded through a combination of American Rescue Plan Act money, Community Development Block Grant funds, and Norwalk's capital funds.
