A Norwalk man was arraigned in court today on charges that he murdered another local man during an argument on South Main Street back in May.
Norwalk detectives worked with the U.S. Marshals Service to find Pernell McBride in an apartment in Harlem. He was extradited back to Connecticut to stand trial.
Police say 48-year-old McBride shot and killed John Alston, 35, during a fight that involved several men.
McBride is being held on $1 million bail.
