A Norwalk man has had his murder conviction overturned by the state appeals court.
The court has ruled that there was not enough evidence provided at trial to prove that Jason Gonzalez "intentionally helped" convicted killer Donald Wilson by giving him the gun that killed Larry Paulk.
Paulk was shot to death on Christmas Day in 2007 while visiting his mother on Roodner Court.
Gonzalez was sentenced to 45 years in prison for the crime.
