Norwalk police help deliver baby
Norwalk police are being credited with delivering a baby. Officials say two officers helped a woman deliver the child on Mott Avenue just before 3 A.M. She called 911, but EMTs arrived after the birth.

She called 911, but EMTs arrived after the birth.
Both mother and daughter are doing fine.
