Norwalk police are hoping the public can help them identify the man who they say broke into a car in the parking lot of a restaurant.
It happened at Uncle Joe's on Bartlett Avenue March 6.
Police say the suspect came in, asked about pizza, then broke into a car parked in the back when he left.
They say he took off in a silver Toyota or Scion with tinted windows.
