Pennsylvania's governor is planning to sue the NCAA over the Penn State scandal.
The agency imposed massive sanctions against the school in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal, including a $60 million fine to pay for child abuse prevention programs.
Gov. Tom Corbett says he objects to the hefty fine because the money would be used outside the state.
