A Pennsylvania man was arrested in Connecticut after police say he was discovered holding a woman against her will during a traffic stop on Route 15.

A Pennsylvania man was arrested in Connecticut after police say he was discovered holding a woman against her will during a traffic stop on Route 15.
The incident happened Monday on Route 15 around 2:42 p.m.
Troopers assigned to Troop G-Bridgeport were contacted by Bethlehem Police Department in Pennsylvania and advised of a robbery suspect traveling through Connecticut.
Connecticut troopers were able to quickly locate the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
Troopers say they discovered there was a victim in the vehicle being held against their will.
Jose Alberto Claudio-Diaz, 41, of Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged with kidnapping and assault on a police officer.
He is being held on $300,000 bond at the Bridgeport Correctional Center.
