Some parents in Stratford say something must be done after a new bus driver dropped off a kindergartener early when no one was waiting at the stop.
The child stood alone crying until a woman came to help.
The mother says she then got a call from that woman saying she had her son.
The school district's superintendent says as a courtesy, bus drivers can keep a student on the bus if there is no one to pick them up. They say it is not a requirement and parents should make arrangements to get to the stop on time.
