Family members of children at Sandy Hook Elementary School were beyond frantic as they rushed to the school following Friday's mass shooting.
Authorities have confirmed that 27 people, including 20 children, six adults and the gunman, were killed.
The brother of a girl who was inside the school at the time says his sister heard screams on the intercom before it went silent.
Parents say their children are traumatized and are filled with uncertainty.
