Police say a 14-year-old was arrested and accused of setting a car on fire in Stamford. 

Authorities say a group of teens stole multiple boxes of fireworks from the Grade A Market on June 5.

They say the 14-year-old placed one large firework in a car and set it on fire.

There is no word on whether the teen knew who the car belonged to.

Police say the suspect was arrested and ordered detained at the Bridgeport juvenile detention center.
