Flames rip through New Canaan home

A 16-year-old shot a 15-year-old at the Roodner Court Public Housing Complex in Norwalk, police said.

Norwalk police said it happened last Saturday around 7 p.m.

The 15-year-old had a gunshot wound that was not considered life-threatening, and was dropped at Norwalk Hospital, according to police.

The 16-year-old is facing charges of assault, reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit and illegal discharge of a firearm.
