Police: 2-year-old drowns in Shelton pool

Shelton police say a 2-year-old has died after falling into a swimming pool Monday.
The boy was staying with a relative on Copper Penny Lane in Shelton.
Police say the boy wandered outside the house and fell in the pool.
He was found around 11 a.m. by a relative, who then called police.
The toddler was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
