A family member told News 12 that there was "nothing in his condo to suggest foul play" and there was evidence that suggested that Shvetz would be back shortly.

Police ask public to help find Vernon man, 40, missing since Feb. 3
Vernon police are asking the public to help find Justin Shvetz, a 40-year-old Vernon man who has not been seen since early this month.
In a Facebook post, police said Shvetz was last seen in the area of Old Town Road. He is 5 foot 6 inches tall and 135 pounds. The post has been shared more than 500 times.
A family member told News 12 that there was "nothing in his condo to suggest foul play" and there was evidence that suggested that Shvetz would be back shortly on the day he went missing.
