2ds agoPolice say a child was recovered from a vehicle that was stolen in Greenwich Thursday.
Authorities say the BMW was stolen from a shopping plaza at 1340 East Putnam Avenue.
Police units later located the vehicle in front of the Hyatt Hotel at 1700 East Putnam Ave.
The child was inside and unharmed in the vehicle and reunited with the parent.
The suspect is described as a Black man wearing a green jacket and last seen getting into a light colored sedan heading into Stamford.
The incident is under investigation.
