Three people were hurt in two separate Bridgeport shootings overnight.
Police say Christian Roque, 33, was shot multiple times in the torso after an argument outside of a club on Clarence and East Main streets. Luis Santiago, 23, was also injured in the shooting and is in stable condition.
Roque's wife and children got an early morning phone call saying Roque had been taken to the hospital. The family rushed to the hospital, but were unable to see him. He is currently in stable condition.
Prior to the incident, Bridgeport police responded to another shooting that sent one man to the hospital.
That incident happened just after 9 p.m. Friday night in the area of Park Avenue of Olive Street.Police have identified the victim as Jamar Thomas, who sustained a gunshot wound to the arm. They say his injury appears to be non-life threatening.
Authorities say Thomas told them a man that was wearing a mask shot him.
