A Danbury man is accused of over $1 million worth of Medicaid fraud, officials say.
Bobby Kato is charged with submitting thousands of claims to Medicaid for services that were not performed or were done by unlicensed workers.
Kato owned a company that offered psychotherapy services and was registered as a medical assistance program with the state.
The amount allegedly stolen is close to $1.4 million.
