Police responded to a shooting at the Marina Village housing project in Bridgeport early Saturday morning.
Officials say 38-year-old Eugene Williams was shot in the neck just before 3 a.m. and is in critical condition.
Police say the investigation remains in its early stages, and they are seeking at least two suspects.
