Police in Fairfield released surveillance video of a bank robbery suspect they say may also be connected to another robbery in Norwalk.
The incident happened Wednesday at the People's Bank inside Stop & Shop on Kings Highway cut-off around 1:30 p.m.
Police say the man handed the teller a note demanding cash, but displayed no weapon.
The suspect may have left the bank in a smaller blue-colored Hyundai sedan before they headed westbound on Route 1.
Investigators believe the suspect is connected to another bank robbery inside Stop & Shop in Norwalk on Main Avenue on Monday.
