Police have identified the body of a man found at Leonard Park in Mount Kisco.
County Police say 71-year-old Amadeo Rodriguez, of Danbury, Connecticut, was found dead on Friday.
A police sergeant spotted the body floating in the pond.
Police have determined the cause of death as an accidental drowning.
A toxicology test is underway.
