Police are still investigating a double shooting that killed one young man and injured another on Hallett Street this afternoon around 3:15 p.m.

Police say witnesses saw a silver Toyota minivan speeding away from the scene. Detectives found the vehicle at the Green Homes housing project. Police sources tell News 12 there was a shell casing found inside and fresh damage outside.

Detectives say this is the fourth homicide in less than two weeks.
