Luxury car thefts are on the rise in Greenwich, police say.
Police say cars are being stolen right out of driveways and that most of the cars stolen were unlocked with keys left inside.
Police recovered a stolen BMW 75 miles away in Old Saybrook following a high-speed chase yesterday.
Authorities arrested two suspects in that case.
"People are coming down in groups, because we see a bunch of cars being stolen at the same time from the same area," Lt. John Slusarz says.
Police say the suspects will face larceny charges in Greenwich.
Police are looking for other two cars stolen in Old Greenwich over the weekend.
