A Stratford man is facing charges after police say he was caught carrying a loaded gun.
Police say they arrested 22-year-old Joseph Ray at the Roodner Court Housing Complex Friday morning.
Officers say when they tried to question him, he took off.
When the officers were able to catch Ray, they say a loaded .22-caliber revolver was found in his waistband.
Police say Ray did not have a permit for that loaded gun.
