Police say a 22-year-old man is in critical condition after being struck by a driver in a hit-and-run.
They say it happened at around 2 a.m. on 181st Street.
The man was allegedly hit by a blue Honda that fled the scene.
He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
