A Stamford man is facing public indecency charges after allegedly exposing himself to a woman at Cummings Beach on Tuesday morning.
According to police, 51-year-old Rony Pierre-Louis pulled up next to the victim and started touching himself in front of her.
The woman used her cellphone to take pictures of the suspect and his license plates, officials say, and then turned them over to police.
Pierre-Louis was arrested Thursday.
