Police in Norwalk say they caught a man trying to sell crack cocaine laced with a powerful opioid.
Derrick Wiggins was busted during an undercover operation on New Canaan Avenue.
Wiggins allegedly sold crack laced with the very addictive drug Fentanyl.
Police officers used a stun gun on Wiggins during his arrest.
